Not too bad no more so than any other style of baked clams
I open the clams, cut 'em up, and clean/prep the shells

So tonite it was clams casino and a big pot of the smallest little necks steamed in white wine garlic shallot onions diced tomatoes and then before serving herbed mixed butter dumped on
