Learned Colleagues:

All analog Tide Clocks are inherently inaccurate for Neap Tides since their movements are solely based on a Lunar Clock Movement, and during the quarter moon periods, the sun's impact on tide is more pronounced. The lunar movement means they're only dead accurate during the Full and New Moons. Because of this, I'm looking for a nice Digital One to have one in the house. I found one from WeND (WeND : Digital Tide Clock - North America) that has the features that I like, BUT at $168, it's way too much to replace my free cell phone app. I just want a reasonably priced one that shows the sinusoidal daily display. I want it to be of reasonable sized so it can be read across a room and to be stylish enough to have out. Besides the price, the WeND one is small and not very stylish.

Just shocked that this is the only option I can find. Anyone out there find another option? Half-tempted to build my own over this coming winter...
