Youngest Son, 43yrs, single never married paid of the mortgage on his co op 5yrs early, called the bank to get the final number for the last payment & sent it in. Just got a letter back from the bank stating that he over paid & enclosed was a check for $0.02. Went to the ATM & the machine wouldn't take it. I think he is going to frame it as an example of stupidity.
