This guy has to be the worst crab picker in the world he throws away the legs and he eats the yellow shit somethings wrong with that boy

I like the "yellow sh!t", same as the "green sh!t" or liver, aka tomalley!! Depending on the crustacean the liver is a very important part if you're making tomato sauce with it!! Kill the buggers live and keep the liver, along with the blood to give the sauce extra flavor!!

And just for the records, Nana's linguine and red crab sauce was one of her Top 5, and one of the few I've been able to at least get into "the ballpark" recreating. You know, "we're Italian, we don't need to write down recipes..."
