looks like there are honorable men who place USA ?? flags on war dead graves… this fellow here was a second lieutenant in Civil War , lost in Louisiana @ 19 years of age…

If you want to see some old Grave Stones take a walk thru St. Michael’s in Elmhurst Queens. They also have a section there with mini stones for the babies that died of Cholera and other diseases. Very sobering.

Greenwood Cemetery Brooklyn NY has big history, Revoultionary War Battles here too, many of the stones are over the top... cellfish
