Actually , the entire 1hr practice can be viewed publicly on ZOOM.

You still might not want to watch it since most could not physically be able to do half of the routine.
Understandably saying this since when I first tried it 3yrs ago , I could not either.

Your Life and your Health is not Joke and neither is this Practice, its related to Longevity and can read into closely how long your life healthily will be lived from any point forward.

I'm in one the throes of one my WTF does this bother you? moments. Been reading a book about ancient Athens and got pissed off when the author makes a reference to corn in Ancient Greece. Of course that set me off big time, as people forget that corn, and other New World Crops including tobacco and potatoes, didn't get to Europe until after Columbus et al. adventures.

Well I sent a letter to the author regarding her faux pas and have continued my reading. Well, turns out that Aristotle, or more probably the person(s) who translated Aristotle from the Ancient Greek to either Modern Greek or English, also screwed up and talked about corn in Ancient Greece!!! WTF????

Fortunately, I have an acquaintance who is a Latin and Greek scholar that I just sent an email to, that's the best I can do until he gets back to me.

I know, I need a life, BUT, there's still that nagging fear that maybe Ancient Aliens may be afoot here...

Christmas Eve Lobster Fra Diavolo is simmering...

So I'm taking a Pisano "B" Hat Trick Break, Bustelo, Biscotti, and Bucca...

Finally sitting down to do my crossword puzzles. After posting about needed to check generator, chain saw, and battening down the hatches, I went downstairs to exercise the generator.

Panel WAS BLANK!!! Thought to myself, "That ain't good!!"

The panel reset, but it would not start an exercise cycle. Was thinking that the battery might be on the old side, so I went outside to manually start it and "CLICK". OK, battery is 6 years old, got to be that.

Hooked up a power pack and engine turned over, but no ignition. FECK!!!!!!

Called electrician in a panic, said I needed a new battery, but still couldn't start it. "Down panic, a new battery will do it."

He just left, new battery installed and it fired up fine. I'm running an exercise cycle just to check.

Chainsaw started, so no biggie there, and everything secured.

Now for the crossword puzzles
