I had the same issue with COVID, barely slept for the first couple of days. Yes, the taste is horrendous, but R7 has a point, you should feel much better sooner. I felt better after approx 30 hours after first dose. And did not get a rebound. Just my stomach was off a bit for a week.

Go into router software and ASSIGN IP addresses for them. Rajesh knows how.
