A non-tropical area of low pressure is forecast to form east of the Florida peninsula late this week. This system could acquire some subtropical characteristics this weekend while it moves generally
northward. Regardless of subtropical development, this low could bring gusty winds, heavy rain, and high surf conditions to portions of the coastal Carolinas into the coastal Mid-Atlantic states this weekend.

yup. Not much better west of that marine forecast. Heater or no heater, am closing the pool this weekend. Kayak fishing the backbay for 6 weeks has been abysmal, probably because one could walk on water (actually on the backs of all the peanut bunker!) Why eat my plastics ? Might paddle a few more times but its going to be surfcasting for me, than a 15 day Viking Cruise, to return to some more surfcasting and chasing Bambi's grandparents. Gorgeous day again here today, my last pool swim later.
