In my view I would consider the "Mainstream Media" the be the traditional outlets like CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX broadcast (which is very different from FOXNEWS) as well as the New York Times, Wahington Post, USA Today, Newsweek, or locally Newsday or WPIX 11.

I still consider them all to be significantly left-biased. The stories they choose to present, the way they present them, the facts they emphasize or exclude, the way they present the stories, and even the imagery they choose to use are all designed to present the "news" with their chosen slant and to influence their audience. If one watches objectively and is aware of their own confirmation bias, it is blatantly obvious that all of the traditional outlets are biased.

Unfortunately, most people have become so conditioned to it that they can't see that what they're being presented isn't journalism where the facts are rooted out and presented in their totality for the viewer to interpret, but rather the interpretation is handed to them, with the chosen facts to back it up.

I'd be interested in your view of which other mainstream outlets are right-biased, or more importantly, which are honest neutral journalists.

I started selecting directly who I wanted using Spotify for podcasts or recording from the last evening. Not paying to watch reruns when I can get them free other ways.
