i walked into Trader Joes, in the condiments aisle, i asked the lady stock keeper if she has any relish, she said no but we do have pickles slices which are the same but ya have to cut em up... she said its great with Mayo & Tuna Fish... I started laughing, I said I never had relish in Tuna before, she said well Im from the south, thats what we do, Potato Salad too... cellfish...

I've got a new tuna salad add in, Muffuletta Olive Salad. The jar I picked up at Costco is great, and spicy enough that I've dumped my old habit of adding Wasabi Powder to my tuna...

yes, those olives are my usual too, it makes a good filler, better than relish…
hit it with a dash of Worcestershire too…

btw, i’ll eat hotdogs, but it’s need to be the higher grades, Hebrew National, Boars Head and all the non cured , natural brands available…
