Fresh Cod with capers, garlic, oregano, tarragon, lemon, a sprinkle of Panko Bread Crumbs (for a little crunch) over a bed of roasted garlic & olive oil couscous with a sprinkle of parmesan

20 # tanks are illegal, can’t carry it thru building... Charcoal needs a 10’ clearance... me think 1lb tanks are allowed... smoking out the neighbors may not be... haha...
this little hot plate really gets the job done,.. but I miss that smoky side of grilling... forced me over the years to perfect my stove top and oven style cooking.... cellie...
