IMHO the dark meat is the best, I can pass on the breast meat, on a chicken that is. (y)

I find those birds to be a bit oversized and maybe slightly undercooked, I Ike to cut em up, reseason with garlic powder S&P and throw em in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes... it crisp em up and less fatty,.. hey for the same $5.00 for the last so many years, chicken salad off these bones could feed an army... cellie...

Read that as horse meat. Oh, I think IKEA did the same thing with their Swedish Meat Balls.
 
LOLOL go for it. They actually came out with preseasoned ones now. They were pretty good.

Haha. my wife and her folks like the way I prep their T burgers, I gotta use the lean white meat, garlic powder, finely chopped scallion and or parsley S&P, some canola oil... hot cast iron skillet... not for me... cellfish...

That sounds awesome! I need to give it a try.
 
Tried this new restaurant that just opened about 4 blocks from home the other night (walking distance). Terrific food. French/Thai Fusion they're calling it - food is amazing tasting & looking.

As an appetizer - The Eastern Shore Roll (Single fried Oyster)
