I hit different depths on Friday between 50 and 90’ for lots of fish but nothing bigger than 18-1-2”A 7-keeper near limit to 5lbs today for Kenscot and I fishing the JI deep drops - just couldn't pull that last "boxer," and believe me, we tried! Pretty good catch nonetheless, on a lovely day offshore.
The better fish wanted the Salmon "worms' today - here's the fiver:

ThanksHi CC - we fish in the 75-85' range - over rubble and other hard stuff. . . and pay the hefty price of "doing business" out there, mostly in lost buck tails.
Last couple of years, I fished the panther wreck outside of Shinnecock, did very well with some fluke to 6lbs.Thanks![]()
