Obscenely Stuffed Lobster with a Semi Sweet Lemon Egg Custard Crust. Whole 1.5-2 pound Lobster Stuffed with Crab Meat, Jumbo Shrimp and Its own Tail Meat then baked with a Sweet Soy Vinaigrette and the Lemon Egg Custard which seals in all of the flavor allowing the Crab and Lobster to take center stage. The Tobiko Eggs sprinkled on top give it a subtle salty mouth pop. Surrounding the lobster is U-10 Dry Pack Scallops, Local Clams and Mussels in a Brandy Cream Sauce. Sides included are a Savory 3 Cheese Virginia Ham and Potato Lasagna and Chilled Limoncello Sugar Snapped Peas. Pamper yourself! It’s the weekend!
