Basically a giant hibachi. We used to have one. Unfortunately it rotted out. But before that we'd grill with wood. It was small, but it made some damn good stuff. I definitely agree, charcoal or wood fired has way better flavor than gas. I should get the Smokey Joe fired up again.

Interesting side story,... to me at least... Avenger Jr is taking a programming class and the profs pulled him after a test and asked him questions about some code he used that hadn't been taught in class yet. Know why they're concerned? Yep, kids cheat by using ChatGPT to do their assignments...
