    freaking delicious: bow tie pasta works best; cook, cool and set aside… melt a large onion wit olive oil in a pot, big enuf to hold spinach, wash spinach, remove heavier stems, throw into pot , cook down till soft, nothing crazy… let cool a few minutes, add one pond container of Ricotta...
