Indeed When my son was there he sat in with a band of “older” folks who play a mellower quiet set The Water Boys would be way too loud and wild there 🤣🤣

The setting was different than normal being that the stage was on the grounds of a carnival but they drew a great crowd and played a kick ass rocking set Next up is Bobbique in Patchogue Saturday night 8/9

We do them and when we do we pre brine/soak them, add a smoke box or foil pack to the grill and then drizzle them with a honey glaze mixture towards the end Fantastic
