    Weekend Plans??

    First, fleet week in NYC so will go out for dinner and drinks in a few place and buy some of America's finest the same. Then on Sat swapping out both AC pumps in boat and if all goes well, troll Raritan with some family Sunday. Hope everyone gets to enjoy it.

    Nice, at least you had some action and were out. Stayed in during morning hours, pea soup, but then came back later in the day 6:30'ish for nada. Trolled around some internal (to Raritan Bay) shipping channels and Old Orchard but zip. Nice night on water at least.

    South Shore, offshore, Sandy Hook, Raritan...would kill to fish LIS further out East but a bit too much of a run to get into sound and out that way. :-(

    How light is too light for Fluke fishing line?

    I don't think 10 w/15 is crazy at all. Not sure what braid I use but I've been as low as 8 fluoro on the leader, never more than 20 though.
