    The sea robins are not really gritty . Different texture though . Thick flakes a touch soft . Lots of veins running through the meat that can be off putting

    First trip in the bay yesterday. Stayed very very local to Freeport . Good pick on the ebb . 15 fish or so with 2 keepers . Boat ran well ! Fluke tacos for dinner tonight

    Quick trip in the bay. Started at first light limited by 7 . Used 4 crabs got 4 keepers scratched my head went home

    Took a weekday to myself for my last trip of the year. Water temp 52. Lots of fish just scratching and rubbing the crab. Finally got the right bite and stuck this 23 inch fish to end my season with a bang
