I hadn't thought of them, but something was chasing the clouds of inch long silversides along the docks and bulkheads. Can needlefish curl their tails to almost touch their gills ?- pequa1

did get a small kingfish this morning and will grill it with the rest of the small weak from Wednesday and a remaining fluke filet in the frig. 3 shorts too but it was s l o w. Ougoing, west wind so drifting in my area was "diagonal." Hardly any weed at all. Question: terns were...- pequa1

Best backbay in decades for me !
4 inches of rain in the last 24 hours here. should be a LOT of storm drain water hitting all my usual spots overnight and tomorrow morning. Edited to add : my pool's chemistry is way off now :(- pequa1

After hiding in the AC for what seemed like forever, got out for the last of the outgoing and the incoming. Less slipgut, light wind was southerly, not what most forecasted.
