    Had Day 1 of outpatient PT yesterday. He did some stretching and says everything seems to be moving really good and since I was doing PT pre op that I should bounce back with no issues.

    I've been watching YouTube videos, debating on taking apart my spinning reels and cleaning them. Then oil and grease em. I've never taken them apart for a cleaning. Baitcaster's didn't seem as much of a breakdown.

    So on those coffees I bought it said to use 2 Tablespoons for 6 oz of water. I feel like that's a lot more then my other scoop I use for coffee. I went through the one bag in no time!
