Today was a combined graduation party for 4 young men in our extended family. The facility was near a pond so the rod was put amongst the party stuff etc. My daughter’s boyfriend brought his gear along with a few others. They all proceeded to sneak away and bag a few small bass during the day and antagonize me with a few a few small fish during the day. Near the end of the day I was able to escape the clean up duty and get a few casts in while I was MIA LOL.

Some very surprised folks when this one grabbed my offering after a few hours of others trying in the same waters.

No one out does your own efforts with the rod and reel, Kevin!:D

I remember reading an article many years ago about one of the editors of a well-known local fishing magazine that actually took some "time off" to throw a few lures in the surf at a blitz occurring during a friend's wedding. They even had photos of themselves in tuxedos to prove it!! Could be you some day!!!!:ROFLMAO:
