I wonder if he actually thinks that "penis" was his back prior to surgery, or his esophagus, which is what it is.

If he thinks it is his back, then he failed basic anatomy, which does make me feel sorry for his ignorance...

If he knows it is, he was trying to make us feel sorry for him because he figures the average person here would think it was his back. In that case I don't feel the least bit sorry for him because I hate it when folks purposely misrepresent things on the internet to generate pity...
 
I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but the alignment of the pelvis with the neck looks WAY off where 'da hip bone's connected to da back bone.' And there's an awful lot of metal that would be hard to screw into an esophagus. Not to mention that the top of the pelvis is visible in the image where it's all bolted together. I don't think the esophagus goes that far.

that was an x-ray from a frontal perspective - the focus in it is lower to show the misalignment of my hips from my spine..............

And Avenger is correct. It is all "tied down" further south which doesn't show in this particular pic to my lower back/spine. The full x-ray didn't come up in screen save as it's a PDF.Lot of hardware down there as well.

It was a 6 hour surgery with a 4 day hospital stay & 11 days in a Rehab Facility. So far it's been a 2 month recovery/bed stay at home so far. There'll be a total of 12 weeks for getting to 60% - and roughly a total of 12 to 18 months for full recovery if the "hardware" doesn't fail.

BTW - spelling OK? I know that'a another idiot/pompous stance you take only as it applies to me....

Somehow you must think that you're the only one here who has had major surgery with titanium parts installed in their body...

Alas, "Woe is Me Poor Wahwee" has reported in, and I bet we'll constantly hear about it for the next couple of years, when a post or two would more than suffice.

I guess your first few posts regarding your scheduled surgery and completion of such didn't get enough pity to satisfy your insatiable need for internet sympathy, the least sincere form of sympathy on the planet. If someone really cares they'd send you a PM or call, that shows sincerity, not just a quick "Like".

"I have surgery planned", "My surgery went well", and a single, future, expected "My Physical Therapist is killing me" post would be more than sufficient to report on your progress.
