This was my first time going to George Martin's Strip Steak in Great River. Food was amazing. The pork belly appetizer was one of the best, up there with the one from Pace's Steak House. Dinner was the Porterhouse for two, medium rare with gorgonzola cheese and the sides were creamed spinach and truffle fries.
