Yes I completely agree but that was a short term weird spike due to increased demand post covid and manipulation by oil companies and others to screw us consumers
It was resolved and stabilized since that time and has not being going down significantly over the past year

It says AVERAGE not what Cany’s personal gas station is charging

Im no mathematician but if its $2.85 where you are and $3.29 where I am the AVERAGE is somewhere in between the 2

BJ’s and Costco in Riverhead which are the cheapest around this way are not even as low as $2.85

You go by what AAA tells ya and I will go by what I see at many gas stations I pass every day It hasent been over $3.00 in a while and I consider saving $0.30 is pretty good

$3.25 here in my town
Dont always have the option or choice to fill up in Riverhead or elsewhere

Regardless, $2.85 is NOT the significant lowered amount we were promised

Nope my regular place is shut down its getting turned into a gas station/mini mart thingy the mini mart thingy across the road was $2.75 I have been basically been getting gas where ever since my regular place got shut down It sucks lol they were full serve and cheap. Im in a gas station limbo now I miss my full serve LOL
