I cut the potatoes and onions and then forgot to put the onions in the potatoes. Oh well, add to the eggs.

And the ketchup is with truffles. Nice change.

Ty Jack, yes, the pasta is a Lentil Pasta from Trader Joe’s, wifey enjoys it more than semolina pasta… i’d rather have the semolina pasta, taste better…

Shrimp pad Thai
I figured since I was unable to cook for the past couple days I had to make something my wife really enjoys. So I picked up some golf of America. Shrimp some cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peppers, and woked up a delicious meal.
