We tried the new WONDER app today.
WONDER is a new food option that has come to the web.
We were very excited to try it since we never had home delivery food options , ever.
The way this was advertised enticed us , so we tried it.
The process was simple for us and options were interesting.
The delivery was quick , on time , hot but wrong. This made the experience a bust since now we had half our order correct and the other half not delivered and the wrong.food ordered.
We called and texted as instructed. After another hour of resolve we did not get charged for anything and kept what we received, we realized the printout on the bag had the same name as me but a different order number.
Mary called the phone number and a young man confirmed that was his order and they delivered to the wrong address and were sending him a new order.
We called them and informed them we see how they messed this up and except their resolve.
What are the chances that in the same hour a order with the same name would come in and the orders were similar, however the order numbers where different and of course delivery addresses were different
They screwed up or the delivery driver screwed up.
Another problem was , when we agreed to a full refund it was only because they ran out of the items we ordered and wanted re delivered….. really…wtf?
This place is not ready for what they are offering.
Delivery guy was talking on his phone in unknown language during the delivery and seamed to not have the ability to connect at all.
The food we did receive was good but not great.
Anything you can pick up or dine in locally is a better option.
Do not recommend.
