I did, Cellie always told me to do that also since if I did not they were very low Rez.

Stuffed Mushrooms, easy peasy…
use Baby Portobello Shrooms, they cook better than white button shrooms.

so, scoop out the stem cleanly…
chop stem finely with parsley, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, salt & pepper, splash white wine or water…
stuff the shrooms, bake 450* , check for softness with long fork 20 - 30 , minutes or so… make lemon wedges available…

bon appetite’… cell…
