In 1995 in my younger days, I rented with friends on 46th btw 2nd and 3rd...9th floor and the balcony side was right above and across from Sparks Steak House. Kind of nostalgic seeing it and what happened a few years earlier there.

Had the same changing wind/weather inshore where I was. Not bad early, honked hard out of the North between 8-10, layed down for awhile then picked back up some
