Agree,I cooked this fat steak on indirect heat to 100 degree internal temp then cranked up the heat and finished it off,it was so good,wife made a marinade with olive oil and a bunch of spices,gonna do another one soon,I hope..?

Not very good presentation but this sucker was delicious,a little tricky grilling but it came out perfect..

Are you referring to safety checks or actual searches,I’ve never been searched but safety checks are no big deal in my opinion,I wouldn’t be to happy having my boat searched tho,that’s for sure,PS,I’ve only been boarded twice in fifty years of boating..

I went to school with Alan,great guy,he started out making hot tubs and one day got the brainstorm to build a boat,the rest is history,pretty amazing when u think about and look at what he has accomplished,I’m certain he’ll back up in no time..

When I fish for them in the bay I found a very small strip of squid works best,about 1.5 inches by 1/4 - 3/8 inch wide..
