yesterday, bought some very fresh looking MONK Fillets from whole foods, $ 6.75 /lb... started a fish soup for dinner and wife asked what type of fish is this,? i said its Monk Fish, I bought it cause it looked fresh, she said it taste similar to Lobster... she could be finicky with fish...

strange and sad,, they are not allowed to take Tortoise,,, but last season some jerk took down a mooose , which was wasted… shouldn’t have been allowed to shoot moose…
it’s in only 4 weeks with three peeps remaining cell…
