    It looks like most of the houses down there need some love.. We're just outside of town we chose a development that has some covenants to ensure the area keeps it's appeal. We didn't want a junk yard popping up next door in the front yard.

    You take Southside to the boat ramp on the Chesconessex creek. Mixed area in my opinion some homes are nice some need a little love.

    Went very well we liked him. We decided to go down to Cape Charles with him to look at some finished homes he'd completed. Next up get a current survey and then an estimate to clear an acre and mow some of the underbrush. Was good to meet Larry put a face with the "voice".

    The ASMFC stock assessment was encouraging for fluke so hopefully we'll get to keep a few filets for the table and freezer. The Stripers on the other hand was not good they are indeed in trouble.

    Curious if any official told you it would be open? Right now when you get your 4x4 permit they are saying Gilgo is closed with no expected reopening date. Would be great to have it back but I'm not too hopeful.

    I had a conversation with a Yammie rep at the boat show 2 weeks ago and when I said I baby my engines he admonished me too. Said they are built to go full throttle. When I get my new motor for my boat I'm still going to baby it that's just the way I am.
