OK so another year and as usual opening day injuries and trades rule the day. the Jets lose their all pro tackle to injury and Pitt picks up a prolific pass rusher. Just in time for Sunday! Then again, so far they're undefeated.- george

Not true. Managing fisheries in state waters is left to each individual state. Florida just passed a law this year banning it, in part because of an incident where FWC followed anglers to a Walmart parking lot. I posted it below.
