Demon's have been exorcised. I spent 6 hours crawling around the engine and electrical system and found the wiring harness is a (3) piece harness. Buried under the engine and tyRapped to the back side of the heat exchanger was another 16 pin connector that someone had already been in and cut out...- Bucktail II

Thank you all for your thoughts. After countless hours of testing and isolating, it turns out to be the starter relay. Thankfully it was the cheaper of the two relays and it's plug and play. After isolating it to this relay, the biggest issue was finding a replacement.....most parts are...- Bucktail II

Still scratching my head about this one. Volvo Penta KAMD43P inboard diesel. Was out fishing Saturday, boat was running great. Went to run up and start another drift and nothing! Gas prices 2019 and beyond
Pleasantly surprised when I put fuel in my rig yesterday. Hudson point had diesel $5.99 gal.......cheaper than getting it on land ! Also $1 cheaper than 2 weeks ago.- Bucktail II

Back bay success
Fished with buddies John and Dan on Saturday targeting back bay fluke. ENE breeze at 5kts, beginning of the outgoing. Hauled the boat and surprise, surprise!!
Looks more like electrolysis....too much damage from a simple galvanic reaction......especially if it's never happened before. Check ground straps for anything through-hull. One might have been clipped during the repairs or corrosion at one end. Saw this once before years ago after a skeg...- Bucktail II
