    Can't you get reimbursed if its a huge issue like that or is it something like if there was multiple complaints in a certain area and it was never fixed and then resulted in this? I thought I read something years ago about that being a thing.

    Those are nice. I like that they come with a replacement set of blades. I have a cheaper pair of pliers like that and I was looking up replacement blades.... I mine as well just get a new pair by the time I pay for the blades and S&H.
