Quick tog limit
Fished with Capt Paul Bruno on the Elizabeth II for blackfish again today, forecast was for SW 15-20 with gusts to 25 in the afternoon so we left the dock at 5 , on the piece by 6:30 , lock n load ! Boat limit by 9:30 n headed in before the blow. Had 9 to 6 lbs for the box.- Kona

Cut back one our big ones last week , engine on the edger blew after 20 years so have to go back and finish that. Top dress with composted cow manure and send the final bill for 2020, 6 more to go , then comes winter rose pruning and top dress.- Kona

The posted reports caused a few areas that I fish to be overrun, with fools from God knows where parking without permits, parking on private property and turning around on one homeowners’ lawn! They left garbage , disturbed the peace and generally acted like freaking animals. There was no way...- Kona

spot burning has been the biggest issue with online surf fishing reports. How many times has a spot that holds a few guys been blown up online and then over run? Knuckleheads leaving trash and illegally parking on private property has caused loss of access on more than one occasion .- Kona

Another great trip
Fished with Captain Paul Bruno on the Elizabeth II yesterday and as usual he put us on the meat. We had a gap in the weather and took advantage of it boxing a boat limit of tog to 9 lbs along with s basket of c bass including this jumbo before the wind came up.- Kona
