Staying on Daylight Savings Time means that the entire first week in January the sun will rise about 8:20AM. All of December, January and the first week of February will see sunrise at 8:00AM or later.
That is fine for me. I start my commute in the dark for most of winter anyway. The problem...
I was at the show from about 10:00 to 12noon. It was a great show. I didn't attend any of the lectures, just walked around and bought some hooks, jigs ect. I saw some great looking vintage Penn reels. I almost took home a few but I had to stop myself.
I spoke to a woman at the NYS DEC table...
Too bad we don't have any of these to blow the dust off of. A squadron of "The Jug" would put a hurtin' on that convoy. The Ruskies wouldn't know how the hell to shoot them down either.
So the exact location of that convoy has been broadcast all over the place. Two lane road from the pictures I have seen. Where are the Javelin rockets? Blow up one truck in the front, and one in the back. Remember the "Highway of Death" from Desert Storm? The Ukrainians still have some flight...
So how do those geese taste anyway? Cook them like a chicken or turkey I would guess. You can usually get pretty close to them. If it comes down to it, I could take one out while still on the ground with my .22 rather than breaking out the shotgun.
EPA 608 Certification is not the same as the FDNY refrigeration engineer license. Two different things. NYC does require the EPA Certification for a refrigeration engineer license.
Chlorine is the harmful element in CFC and HCFC refrigerants. R-12 has a lot of Chlorine and its manufacturing has been banned since 1996. It still can be used and old stock can be purchased and sold. R-22 has less chlorine and it's currently being phased out.
R-134a has no chlorine so it does...
But not much crap growing on it. Bring it to the Coast Guard. See what they say. They may appreciate it as they don't like to find unidentified safety devices floating in the ocean. Makes them think a vessel was lost and no distress signal sent. It could be a clue in an underway investigation.
