She made the rice dish and oyster butter/herb mixture and marinated the fish
I opened all the oysters and did the grilling
A nice welcome home meal for my son
Grilled swordfish purchased from Southold fish market, rice with local fresh asparagus, and grilled oysters with butter and herbs. Oysters came from Peeko in New Suffolk
Not pictured is the plate of raw oysters I opened that we slurped down first
Getting used to having my son moved back home now that he graduated college this past weekend
At least he has a full time job in his chosen field that he actually started working back in January 👍👍
Turns out, unbeknownst to me, there was another plate in the oven keeping warm that we didn’t eat that got packed up and put in the fridge?
Need me to take and post pics of those to stay off the naughty list??? 🤪
