    Almost as long a day today. I borrowed a 16" 40V Ryobi chainsaw from a family member to get the bigger pieces. I ended up leaving it a little over four feet for future options. If I can come up with a suitable tabletop I'll knock it down to around three feet and bolt that to it for now...

    Steeks. Not sure I'm thrilled with Butcher Box. They're usually okay, but sometimes disappointing. Anybody use a different supplier they're happy with. Yes, I'm familiar with Omaha, and local butchers. If I was the meal planner I'd always shop local. Alas, I'm just the cook. :(
