Beautiful day on the water ocean light breeze and tide was running nice. 50-60ft of water captain put the boat on and around the reefs out past Fire Island Light house.     In 1995 in my younger days, I rented with friends on 46th btw 2nd and 3rd...9th floor and the balcony side was right above and across from Sparks Steak House. Kind of nostalgic seeing it and what happened a few years earlier there.
