think I'm done.
More herring streaming to Magnolia since Monday. Inconvenient bite though. Sunset bite 4pm to about 8 pm. More consistent bite is from 5 am to about 9am. No full buckets yet. But if u put in your time u will have enough to pickle or put away some nice ones for bait.- PropellerJohnII

I was home all day yesterday recovering from New Years festivities. Appears I missed herring trickling into Magnolia vicinity late Saturday . Whats on tonights Menu
Finally air fried some of super fresh local spearing I have been getting. I was surprised how good it turned out for my first try. I liked them dredged with the flour sea salt and garlic powder and no dip. I loved them with my pink tartar sauce. Man they were crispy and melted in my mouth. BUT...- PropellerJohnII

Local Boat Fire - Terrible!
Sailed out of Bellmore and shared canal with the Lady. Seen her coming going and fishing in our vicinity. Terrible , awful. No one hurt which is most important. Bummer way to end year.- PropellerJohnII
