Whats on tonights Menu
Last night, in keeping with my diet, air fryer eggplant with mozzarella and absolutely not a drop of cooking oil. Sides were avocado/cherry tomatoes/Dutch yellow pepper salad in light balsamic vinaigrette and surprisingly decent Flax seed bread garlic toast. Who knew? :p (y)- PropellerJohnII

think I'm done.
Hey gents, I been working harvesting herring day and night at Magnolia Pier since Wednesday morning. Had to take a breather and the day off today. They're in. great for pickling, smoking, baking, etc. Terrific for using some of em whole to drift for some serious ocean fluking. And you Canyon...- PropellerJohnII
