20K sq/ft is big...you gotta have like 150-200 employees if its all office, which I guess you do at 10K sq ft i had room for about 80-90 never got their maxxed out at about 55-60...pivoted to satellite office in Chicago- dsedy

Nice. I only did an interior build, so no permits. 10K sqft in Hauppauge 1393 Vets Hwy. But yes the furniture and fixtures are key to ergonomics for employee happiness after all the infrastructure is built out. That was a 300K build including fixtures for me.
