The ref on the pitch didn't even call a foul! If they can review a play and give a red card, the receiving team should be able to appeal. BTW, the Brazilian ref who called the red card was previously involved in a game fixing scandal in Brazil but later cleared.......WTF? FIFA is so corrupt.- OVERBORED

Block Island is in Rhode Island. Waters out to 5miles are state of RI. Where you run into problems is out by the sub bouy which is in federal waters. And they check because its a popular spot!- OVERBORED
