Wow. Any external physical damage to the sharks? The first picture looks like the shark might have a laceration along the lateral side. Wonder if they could have been a by-catch discard from a commercial (trawler etc..)??? Not banging them (comms) just posit. Doesn't look like natural...

Nice catch . I wouldn't of killed it unless it couldn't be revived, but to each his own under the regs.
