So I was looking at some slow pitch rods and I saw one was rated 2-13oz. I feel like that's a huge gap. I noticed on some "standard" rods the lure rating was a lot closer in oz's. Is this something that's unique to slow pitch designs or?

I've seen this about the last year or two. Has anyone used them? Saw a youtube video, a guy was catching fluke with the 1/4oz version. I know it does good down South.
So I finally was able to give this a go. Think I went just a bit much on the salt. Not overwhelming, but just enough to pick up on it. I was very happy with the way it turned out. Thanks @cany and @Chinacat for the help with this. Only had it sit in brine for Little over 2 hours. Started...
