Boat overturns near Liberty Island killing an infant and a woman
My 2013 22’ boat has no capacity plate, just an exemption from Diurnal Emissions Standards. As soon as I saw 12 people on that I commented OVERLOAD!!, but without a capacity plate, how is a Captain to know? I called the MFG and was told it was a thing of the past.- Roccus7
