Has anyone else heard of a change in bass regulation’s, two separate people today told me they changed the slot size from 28” to 35” to 28” to 31” DEC website has no changes in bass just porgy’s and sea bass.

Nothing they do lately is a well thought plan sooner or later party boat and charter boat captains will be out of business
