Better to rebuild or buy new

My son is contemplating rebuilding his 2007 Zx 190 he just realized it has a crack in the hull. Is it worth having hull repaired and putting new motor on it ? Anyone know what that cost would be or a good place to have it done ?

Cosmetic or structural?

If the answer is anything but above and cosmetic, look for a new boat!
