Didnt hear about it I weighed many a fish on that scale

I would think there are recreational regulations for that fish. Was it a commercial catch?

There are both Rec, and comm. regulations. One rec regulation is the 2020 quota for fish 73" + was reached quite a while ago. . So assuming it wasn't a rec. fish it had to be a Comm. Legal fish.

If it was rec. than one or more of a few things could have happened. Loss of the fish, Big fine, Loss of your boat or the boat it was caught on. That includes everything aboard. Jail time. I don't think for one minute that was a rec. fish. If i had thought that i wouldn't. have posted it.

It has happened a few times up here with Comm. guys who "Over do" and get nabbed.. Of coarse you have first crack at buying your boat back. ugh.
